What the messages are for
Text messages about real estate services you asked about, including replies to your inquiry, your home value estimate, appointment coordination, and market updates you request.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the optional call and text consent box on our website form (for example, the home value estimate form at go.thestellaragent.com/marinepark). The box is not pre-checked. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service, and you can submit the form without it.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your wireless provider for details.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You can also reply QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT. After you opt out, you will receive one final text confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. To rejoin, opt in again through our website form. You can also opt out by any other reasonable means, such as telling us by phone or email.
